We aim to provide valuable coaching services and digital products. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled as follows:
1. Coaching Sessions

No refunds will be issued for completed 1:1 coaching sessions.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty.

Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, etc.)

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download failure), please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
3. Group Programs or Workshops

Refunds may be granted up to 7 days before the program begins, minus any processing fees.

After that time, no refunds will be provided, but you may request credit for future use.
